I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a graduate of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and a master's candidate in Physical Activity: Training and Sports Management. I am certified as an ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist, a nutritional coach, a diabetes educator, and certified in Insulin Pump Training. I have experience in the nutritional management of patients with diabetes, insulin pump users, obesity and overweight, malnutrition, arterial hypertension, hypothyroidism, metabolic syndrome, and nutrition for women during pregnancy and lactation. I am currently completing an update course in gastroenterology, hepatology, and pediatric nutrition. I provide services including initial and follow-up nutrition consultations, carbohydrate counting workshops, nutritional coaching consultations, advisory services, assessments, and group talks (for geriatric groups, individuals with chronic conditions, and corporate wellness programs), as well as training for insulin pump users and continuous glucose monitoring.
