I am Dr. Alfredo Hoyos, an innovative plastic surgeon and the creator of high-definition liposculpture. My expertise lies in plastic and reconstructive surgery in Colombia. As a plastic surgeon, inventor, painter, and sculptor, I developed high-definition liposculpture (HDL), Dynamic Definition Liposculpture (DDL or 4D), and other techniques that have reshaped body contouring, helping my patients achieve remarkable results. I earned my medical degree at Universidad del Rosario and completed my plastic surgery residency at Rosario – Saint Joseph Hospital in Bogotá, Colombia.
