I am a general physician, graduated from the University of Quindío in 2018, with over 3 years of experience in the emergency department of Clínica San Francisco in Tuluá (a tertiary care facility), providing medical care for patients of all ages. Now, I also extend my services through home visits and virtual consultations to reach more people in the city and region. This allows for prompt and accessible quality medical attention, meeting the current need for convenient medical assessments at home, without navigating the often-overwhelmed institutional healthcare system. I am committed to punctuality, kindness, and fostering clear, effective communication with my patients. I continuously update my medical knowledge through various in-person and virtual conferences, diplomas, and congresses. These include topics such as acute and chronic heart failure management (2017-2018), gynecology and obstetrics (2014), a Latin American electrocardiography course (2020), internal medicine and neurological emergencies congresses, oncology and patient support symposiums, endocrinology symposiums, a diploma congress on care for victims of sexual violence (2019 - Politécnico Mayor), an updated diploma congress on COVID-19 patient care (2021 - Universidad del Valle), an IMCI (Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses) course, and a diploma in stroke care.
